All of our jewelry is sold through our Etsy shop, so every order is covered by Etsy's secure checkout and Purchase Protection. Here is what happens after you order.
Shipping
- Every order ships from our atelier in Istanbul, Türkiye.
- Every order ships free by express courier, tracked and insured, to the USA, the UK and Europe.
- The estimated delivery date for your address is shown on each Etsy listing before you buy.
Customs and import duties
USA: import duties are prepaid by us and included in the checkout price. There is nothing to pay at the door and no fee after delivery.
Other countries: local import fees may be charged on delivery. Message us before you order and we will confirm how they apply to your country.
Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted on our pieces, and many listings accept returns within 45 days. The exact return and exchange window for each piece is shown on its Etsy listing, so please check it before you buy, especially for personalized or made-to-order items.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase.
Payment
Payment is handled by Etsy. Etsy gift cards and Etsy credits are accepted, and we never receive your card details.
Gift-ready packaging
Every piece arrives in our illuminated jewelry box: a soft-touch case with black velvet inside and a small light that comes on when the lid opens. It is included free, so nothing needs wrapping.
Caring for solid gold
- Clean your jewelry with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then dry it with a soft cloth.
- Store pieces separately so chains do not tangle and stones do not scratch other pieces.
- Take jewelry off before swimming in chlorinated water or using cleaning products.
- Solid gold does not wear through, so a professional polish will bring back its shine at any time.
