Is your jewelry really solid gold?

Yes. Every piece is solid 14K gold, stamped 585. We never sell plated, gold-filled, vermeil or semi-hollow pieces.

What does the 585 stamp mean?

585 is the international hallmark for 14 karat gold. You will find it stamped on every one of our pieces.

Do you use real diamonds?

We always say which stones are used. Pieces with natural diamonds say so and list their specifications. Pieces with cubic zirconia say that just as plainly.

Where is your jewelry made?

In our own atelier inside Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, where our third generation goldsmiths finish every piece by hand.

How do I buy a piece?

All of our jewelry is sold through our Etsy shop. Every product link on this site takes you straight to the piece on Etsy, where you can see the price, sizes and reviews.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free by express courier, tracked and insured, to the USA, the UK and Europe.

Will I have to pay customs?

Not in the USA: we prepay US import duty, so there is nothing to pay at the door. In other countries local import fees may apply. Message us and we will confirm before you order.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, returns are accepted, and many pieces can be returned within 45 days. The exact window for each piece is shown on its Etsy listing.

Can you make a custom piece?

Yes. Send us your idea through Etsy and we will tell you what is possible in solid 14K gold.

Does it come ready to give as a gift?

Yes. Every piece arrives in our illuminated jewelry box, free of charge.

How do I care for solid gold?

Clean it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, dry it with a soft cloth and store pieces separately. Solid gold has no plating to wear off, so it can always be polished back to its original shine.
